**** IMPORTANT LIPA 2011 PROGRAM UPDATES FROM 1/2/2011***

New 1/2/2011 guidelines can be downloaded from the LIPA REBATE & FAQ page. They are accessed via the red "LIPA Rebate Process (official)" button. It is only slightly different than the December 2010 version posted previously. The DRAFT text has been removed from the pages, the check list page has had the file naming conventions added to it to ease processing and reduce errors.

The main changes from 2010 are that automated Shade Analysis reporting and Array Sizing Worksheets are now mandatory and must be submitted with all applications, even if you are not adding 'extra' panels to compensate for shade.

Note that on 1/2/2011 the non-draft version replaced the draft version posted on New Year's day.
