Proposed Amendments

LISEIA steering proposes the following amendments to our rules & guidelines (previously referred to as 'bylaws'). These were presented at the January membership meeting for Q&A.

Amendments include minor technical corrections including numbering, punctuation & ordering of words as well as clarifications of meaning and changes designed to increase accessibility to membership status and provide direct member involvement in LISEIA's ongoing evolution and expansion.

A mechanism for member driven amendments and ratification has been included.

These will be voted on in their entirety at the next membership meeting. Please use the LISEIA forums to post any suggestions and constructive criticism in advance of the meeting.

For ease of review, the suggested changes are highlighted and tracking shows the changes from the prior version with notes in balloons.
