New York State does not have any State License for PV, DHW, Pool Heating, Geothermal, Wind energy systems, Hydrothermal systems, Hydroelectric systems, plumbing of any kind, electrical work of any kind, or even any kind of renewable energy system or product licensing at all. All licensing in New York State is done by county, township, or even municipality.
